Job Description

Job openings for Field Service Engineer:

Product: Heat Pump (Hashe)
Location: Ahmedabad

Install and repair heat pumps
Responsible for pre-commissioning, commissioning, and testing of equipment.
Service pumps at customer sites
Instruct customers on system usage
Attend product training
Moderate travel for site visits
Timely resolution of commissioning issues/complaints
Coordinate with the site support team
Follow all safety precautions
Responsible for spare installations
Obtain customer feedback
Maintain service tools, test equipment, and protective clothing
Determine warranty vs. non-warranty repairs
Computer knowledge
Training will be provided

Qualification: Dip/BE Mechanical
