1. Technical support to Customer along with project manager for a new project from RFQ to SOP.
2. Responsible for Preparing Development time plan and arriving development & testing cost to reach the customer milestone with targeted cost. 3. Customer technical representative for different OE's. 4. Responsible for preparing Technical proposals & signing off with customers, objective is to satisfy customer requirements as well meeting the calculations and standards. 5. Costing BOM Preparation with best design for competitive quotations. 6. Complete Responsible for Proto sample delivery to customer Child parts development, Inhouse Assembly planning and Bench validation. 7. Coordinating with the design team for creation of drawings & BOM Release in PLM. 8. Responsible for Product Design Review, Coordinating with CFT team to assess the risk on product and process as well responsible for. Followup and complete the DR gaps. 9. Coordinating with suppliers for child part Design reviews. 10. Responsible for product DV & PV timing plan & reporting as per schedule with green status,
11. Responsible for leading FMEA reviews and following actions.
12. Responsible for benchmarking and Design to cost activity to improve the profitability. 13. Coordinating with the Proto team for proto samples development. 14. Responsible for analyzing and fixing the issues with technical solutions for validation failures.
15. Lead CFT members to meet project timeline by Coordinating internal management support through timely escalation and project review.
