Dimensions:

Job Purpose:

Responsible for handling the entire shift w.r.t SQPCH
Ensure 05 set of Roll forming lines & Press machines run smoothly as per production planning and maintain quality standards.
Monitoring the entire shift production & rejection
Maintaining the Safety & 5S in the shop floor.
Training and Development of New Joining Employees.
Maintaining inventory of Critical spares & consumables

Accountability

Key Activities

Roll forming Line & Press machines

Daily Monitoring of 04 sets of Roll forming line Production & ensuring the availability of components for the next operation.
Should be technically sound in Press machines & its running.
Thorough knowledge of tool setup & tool-related issue.
Soft skill knowledge like basic Excel & PowerPoint.
Setup time to be monitored and controlled.
Maintaining the 5S in the Shop floor.
To implement min 2 Kaizens per month.
Thorough knowledge of the stamping process.
Basic knowledge of steel grades, mechanical and chemical properties.
Should have knowledge in SAP for production-related activities
