Duties / Responsibilities:

Responsible for assembly operations and guiding the Assembly Supervisors & Assembly Assistants.    

Responsible for producing as per the requirements of quality & quantity.                                           

Overall responsible for maintaining the department in an organised, neat & clean condition.

Carry out processing activities, including creating and making changes in machine setup cards.

To look after preventive and breakdown maintenance-related activities on equipment & fixtures.

Overall responsible for manpower administration, training to juniors.                                    

Account for bought-out items.                                                                                          

Responsible for clearing non-conforming material within the specified time.

Raise the requirement of consumables.                                                   

Make an analysis of daily production reports and other reports as required.                                           

Plan & carry out continual improvement activities using statistical techniques like SPC.       

Analysis to be carried out, reduce rejection rates and raw material consumption.

ISO Documentation

Clean room awareness.

Good communication skills in English

Should have a good hand on Word, Excel, PPT and MIS preparation.
