Job Description

Conduct daily inspections of all machinery, including MWD, Bunching, Extrusion, Coiling.

installation and commissioning of utility equipment such as RO systems, diesel generators, compressors, transformers, and LT panels.
Develop action plans for machine failures and monitor their implementation.
Track daily consumption of power (KWH), water, and diesel.
Conduct root cause analysis for significant breakdowns.
Monitor solar power generation and consumption, and follow up on the cleaning schedule for solar panels.
Correct abnormalities in the machine CLETA check sheet on a daily basis.
Ensure strict adherence to safety procedures for personnel, machinery, and plant operations.
Maintain compliance with IATF 16949, ISO 45001, and ISO 14001 documentation.
Lead and guide the maintenance team in repair procedures.
Ensure all plant machinery operates without errors using Poke Yoke principles
