Job Description

As a Sales Territory Manager, you will be responsible for assigning sales territories, setting and enforcing sales goals with distributors to ensure revenue targets are met within the designated territories. Your role will involve establishing and leading regular meetings and conference calls with distributors, training them for continual improvement in capability, knowledge, customer service, performance, and profitability. Additionally, you will assist distributors with client training as required and implement new sales strategies and techniques to drive business growth. You will be required to enforce pricing and discount policies, prepare and execute annual reviews of distributors, and monitor lead pipelines to optimize sales opportunities. Developing an accurate annual budget plan, monitoring performance against the budget, and preparing monthly and quarterly reports will also be part of your responsibilities. Furthermore, you will be expected to provide monthly sales forecasts for the upcoming months and maintain relationships with key customers in each territory while facilitating product training and support. Reporting directly to the DGM - Industrial Aftermarket, this role may require nationwide travel at short notice and being on tour for more than one or two weeks at a time. International travel may also be necessary. This is a full-time, permanent position with benefits including provident fund and a performance bonus. The work schedule is during the day shift, and the work location is in person.
