Senior Engagement Lead

The Sr. Engagement Lead at ProcDNA will leverage data to unravel complexities and devise strategic solutions for clients in the healthcare/pharma industry. This role requires collaborating with clients to model data, analyze complex business issues, and aid in strategic decision-making using tools like Tableau, SAS, R, and Alteryx. The ideal candidate must have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and a minimum of 8 years of analytics experience. Key Responsibilities: - Utilize emerging technologies and best practices to address challenges in the healthcare/pharma industry. - Develop tailored healthcare analytics solutions to enhance patient outcomes and cost management. - Gain a comprehensive understanding of data and processes to deliver impactful outcomes. - Collaborate with clients to structure and model data for solving complex business problems. - Implement innovative solutions and provide guidance to team members. Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering with at least 8 years of strong analytics experience. - Proficiency in statistical analysis, predictive modeling, segmentation, forecasting, marketing mix model, and analyzing large datasets. - Ability to manage multiple projects for various stakeholders with a quality-focused approach. - In-depth knowledge of the healthcare/pharma industry, including market trends and regulatory frameworks. - Strong verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration. - Proven ability to work creatively and analytically with minimal supervision.
