Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, implementation, and management of EUC solutions utilizing Workspace ONE and Intune.
- Create and maintain policies for device enrolment, compliance, and application deployment. - Work closely with cross-functional teams to support mobility, remote access, and endpoint security projects. - Diagnose and resolve complex device management and user access issues. - Monitor and enhance the performance of EUC platforms while ensuring compliance with security standards. - Lead and assist in vulnerability management efforts for end-user devices, ensuring timely patching and remediation. - Offer technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineers. - Document processes, configurations, and best practices for internal knowledge sharing.
Required Skills & Experience:
- Over 7 years of experience in End User Computing or related IT infrastructure roles.
- Extensive hands-on experience with VMware Workspace ONE is mandatory. - Strong knowledge of Microsoft Intune and Endpoint Manager. - Experience managing Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. - Proficient in desktop troubleshooting across multiple operating systems. - Experience in vulnerability management, including patch deployment and risk reduction. - Scripting skills (PowerShell, Bash) are advantageous. - Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
