Job Description

Primary Skill: Linux administration

Secondary Skill: Enterprise Bus Java Framework and Java Naming Directory Interface (JNDI)

Educational Qualification: B.Tech/BE/M.Tech/MCA/M.Sc

Must have a total of 7+ years of experience and 5+ years of relevant experience on ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash and Kibana) having worked on the below with respect to ELK:

Installation and Configuration (Cluster Setup)
Maintenance and Upgrade
Fixing Vulnerabilities on servers

Security and Access Control

Authentication and Authorization
TLS setup and certificate management
Firewall Rules

Monitoring and Alerting

dashboards, metrics, custom metrics and alerts
Performance Optimization and Scaling

Backup and Disaster Recovery

snapshots, backup and DR planning and support
Troubleshooting and Debugging
Customer support and Escalation (L1, L2 and L3 support)
Should have expert level experience on Linux administration
Experience of working with Enterprise Bus Java Framework and Java Naming Directory Interface (JNDI) is preferred.
Experience of working with eXist Database will be a plus.
Should possess good communication skills.
Should have the ability to respond promptly to incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement solutions.
Will have to coordinate with development, infrastructure, and other teams for complex issue resolution.
Identify recurring problems and suggest ways to implement long-term fixes.
May require working in shifts or being on-call for production emergencies.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
