This role requires in-depth technical knowledge of PCBs, SMD-level repairs, and the ability to independently troubleshoot and repair a wide range of equipment. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, passionate about electronics repair, and eager to continuously learn and adapt to new technologies. By working with state-of-the-art tools and under the guidance of experts, this role provides an excellent opportunity to develop advanced skills while contributing to Synchronics’ reputation for service excellence.Key Responsibilities

• Perform repair and maintenance of industrial electronic instruments and equipment.
• Carry out soldering and SMD-level PCB repair.
• Diagnose, troubleshoot, and repair instruments independently with minimal supervision.
• Ensure high-quality standards in all repair processes.
• Collaborate with technical teams to share knowledge and improve repair techniques.
• Keep updated with new technologies and apply them in repair practices.
  

Requirements / Qualifications

• ITI/Diploma/Degree in Electrical or Electronics is preferable.
• Experience in electronics repairing, including soldering experience.
• Experience in repairing PCBs at the SMD level.
• Ability to repair instruments independently.
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented.
• Passion for electronics repair.
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and repair techniques.
