Responsibilities

• Design and develop wiring harness systems for passenger cars, commercial trucks, and EVs
• Create 3D wiring harness layouts for doors, tailgates, engine compartments, and battery cables
• Conduct 

  DFMEA (Design Failure Mode and Effects Analysis)

   for wiring harness and components
• Select and package harness clips and protection based on surrounding vehicle components
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (BIW, TRIMS, VIG) for harness routing integration
• Develop and analyze schematic logic for vehicle electrical systems
• Perform mechanical routing and design of coolant lines and hoses for passenger cars
• Conduct interference checks and ensure proper harness packaging
• Ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards for vehicle electrical systems

Qualifications

• Strong expertise in 

  Wiring Harness Design & DFMEA

• Hands-on experience with 

  Zuken

• Experience in 

  Automobile Industry

• Solid knowledge of 

  fuse rating calculations

   and 

  harness protection

• Proficiency in 

  3D Wiring Harness Design & Packaging

• Familiarity with 

  Automotive Electrical Systems

   and 

  Design Rules

• Proficiency in tools like 

  CATIA V5, NX, 3D EXPERIENCE, CAPITAL XC, and TEAMCENTER

• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
