Senior Electrical Engineer

Job Profile & Responsibilities:

We are looking for a qualified and experienced Electrical Engineer who can independently handle tendering, estimation, and site coordination work.

The selected candidate will be responsible for:

• Preparing BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimation
• Quoting best competitive rates for electrical works and materials
• Tender documentation, filing, and follow-ups
• Conducting site surveys and technical feasibility checks
• Supervising electrical installation work at sites
• Coordinating with clients, consultants, and vendors
• Resolving client queries and technical clarifications
• Ensuring work completion as per drawings, BOQ, and safety standards
• Coordinating with field staff and subcontractors
• Reporting project progress to management

Candidate Requirements:

• Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering
• Experience in electrical contracting, industrial or commercial projects
• Good knowledge of HT/LT works, panels, cables, transformers, substations
• Experience in tendering, estimation, BOQ preparation
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
• Good communication and coordination skills
• Willingness to travel to project sites

Preferred Skills (Added Suggestions):

• Knowledge of government / private tenders
• Familiarity with UPPCL / DISCOM norms (added advantage)
• Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & Excel
• Ability to negotiate with suppliers for better pricing
• Strong problem-solving and planning skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹22,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
