🚨 Job Opening | Electrical Engineer (Tendering & Site Execution) 🚨 Company: Ayan Construction Location: Lucknow & Project Sites No. of Positions: 01 Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month (Negotiable as per experience) 🔌 We are hiring an experienced Electrical Engineer who can independently manage tendering, estimation, and site execution for electrical projects. 🔧 Key Responsibilities ✔ Preparation of BOQs, rate analysis, and cost estimation ✔ Quoting competitive rates for electrical works & materials ✔ Tender documentation, filing, and follow-ups ✔ Site surveys and technical feasibility checks ✔ Supervision of HT/LT electrical installation works ✔ Client coordination and resolution of technical queries ✔ Ensuring execution as per drawings, BOQ & safety norms ✔ Coordination with vendors, subcontractors & field staff ✔ Project progress reporting to management 🎓 Candidate Requirements ✔ Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Electrical Engineering ✔ Experience in electrical contracting (industrial/commercial) ✔ Knowledge of HT/LT works, panels, cables, transformers & substations ✔ Strong experience in tendering & estimation ✔ Ability to handle multiple projects ✔ Good communication & coordination skills ✔ Willingness to travel to project sites ⭐ Preferred Skills ✔ Knowledge of Government / Private tenders ✔ Familiarity with UPPCL / DISCOM norms (added advantage) ✔ Basic knowledge of AutoCAD & MS Excel ✔ Supplier negotiation & cost-control skills ✔ Strong planning and problem-solving ability 💼 Salary & Benefits 💰 ₹25,000 – ₹35,000 per month 📈 Performance-based increments 🌱 Long-term growth opportunity with Ayan Construction 📩 Interested candidates may apply or share their resume via LinkedIn message. 🔖 Hashtags #Hiring #JobOpening #ElectricalEngineer #TenderingJobs #SiteExecution #ElectricalJobs #LucknowJobs #ConstructionJobs #EngineeringJobs #HTLTWorks #ElectricalContractor #AyanConstruction
