In this role, you will be responsible for various aspects of project management, business development, and engineering functions in the electrical engineering consultancy field. Your key responsibilities will include: **Project Role:** - Demonstrating financial awareness and representing the electrical engineering practice at project level. - Taking responsibility for projects and managing design and construction stages. - Supervising a small team of engineers and technicians. - Being accountable for task delivery, profitability, and quality. - Preparing client/project proposals, presenting to clients, and negotiating fee proposals. - Constructing project teams, procuring project resources, and planning projects. - Achieving 95% chargeable time. **Company Role:** - Understanding the business plan, mission statement, and key challenges. - Contributing to company procedures and attending team meetings. - Reviewing and commenting on company procedures related to health & safety, quality, and training. **Engineering Function:** - Agreeing on design philosophy and reviewing deliverables produced by Engineers & Technicians. - Demonstrating technical competence and having knowledge of various design and construction aspects. - Responsible for Quality Management (QA) and adhering to CAD standards and 3D working. **QHSE Responsibilities:** - Understanding, implementing, and following QHSE policies. - Coordinating QHSE procedures and complying with local regulatory authority guidelines. - Reporting QHSE incidents and abiding by client/contractor QHSE requirements. **Qualifications:** - Minimum 6-8 years of experience in engineering consultancy firms. - Qualified graduate engineer in Electrical Engineering.
