Senior Electrical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical systems (wiring, lighting, power distribution, panels, etc.) on-site.​
• Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical standards, safety protocols, and local electrical codes.​
• Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and troubleshooting; address any deficiencies promptly.​
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, civil, and mechanical teams to ensure integrated project delivery.​
• Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications as required.​
• Manage procurement by raising material requests and ensuring timely delivery aligned with project schedules.​
• Participate in inspections (materials, work, testing, and commissioning) and maintain accurate records.​
• Mentor and supervise electricians and junior engineers, promoting best practices in site safety and quality.​

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.​
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential/commercial construction engineering (site role preferred).​
• In-depth knowledge of electrical standards, codes, and industry best practices.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings; experience with AutoCAD or similar software.​
• Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.​
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under project timelines.​
