Job Description

Key Responsibilities An EHS first focus, ensuring compliance by all client, C&W staff and contractors with clients and C&W Global EHS policies, plans and procedures, adhering to India Standards at a minimum. Implement, monitor, and maintain the C&W corporate EHS system processes and systems. Identify hazards and risks associated with services delivered. Investigation and reporting of all incidents / injuries and monitoring the implementation of corrective actions. Develop and deliver toolbox training and EHS team meetings. Act as EHS subject matter expert for client and C&W account facilities management teams. Support compliance with all EHS record keeping requirements including corporate and regulatory compliance / program documentation. Actively participate in all internal and external EHS audit activities and contribute towards continuous improvement. Participate in onsite emergency management (preparedness and response). Qualifications & Technical Skills Minimum 3-5 years experience in an EHS role. BA/BS in Safety or related sciences preferred. India Equivalent? Safety certification (CSP or CIH). India Equivalent? Is it NEBOSH? Hazard identification and incident investigation techniques. Excellent analytical, problem solving and decision-making skills. Professional, proactive, and collaborative approach to working. Strong computer and systems knowledge. Strong verbal and written skills Able to travel as needed
