Role Overview
Altivate is looking for an experienced Senior SAP EC Time Management Consultant with strong expertise in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) and Time Management. The ideal candidate will lead end-to-end implementations, support engagements, and act as a team lead while working closely with business stakeholders and global clients.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead end-to-end SAP SuccessFactors EC Time Management implementations and support projects.
  • Configure and support Employee Central (EC) and EC Time Management modules
  • Act as a team lead, mentoring junior consultants and coordinating deliverables.
  • Manage AMS/support activities, including incident handling, root cause analysis, and system enhancements.
  • Gather and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specifications.
  • Support UAT, cutover, and go-live activities, ensuring smooth transitions.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, providing status updates and solution guidance.
  • Participate in onsite engagements and client workshops as required.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 8+ years of overall SAP HCM / SuccessFactors experience.
  • Strong hands-on experience in SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC).
  • Proven expertise in EC Time Management (Time Off / Time Sheet / Work Schedules).
  • Experience in both Implementation and Support projects.
  • Prior experience in a Team Lead or Lead Consultant role.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Willingness to travel onsite based on project requirements.
  • Ability to join immediately or within a short notice period.
Preferred / Added Advantages
  • Experience with KSA (Saudi Arabia) payroll, time, or compliance requirements.
  • Exposure to multi-country or Middle East implementations.
  • SAP SuccessFactors certification(s) will be an added advantage.
