Senior Dotnet Developer

In this role, you will play a key part in the development process by analyzing, documenting, and proposing solutions that align with business requirements. You will be responsible for ensuring that each system component is well-written, performant, and scalable, making applications multi-instance when necessary. Your day-to-day tasks will include collaborating with other developers, systems analysts, testers, architects, and delivery managers to deliver high-quality software. You will be actively involved in estimating work, defining backlog items, writing code, and creating unit tests to specification. Additionally, you will manage defects, participate in daily stand-ups, and oversee code management within the team to ensure effective use of source control systems. Working with DevOps, you will also contribute to achieving continuous deployment processes. As a leader in the team, you will have the opportunity to share your knowledge and contribute to a learning culture by mentoring and guiding other developers. Your solid technical expertise in relevant applications/technologies, along with your excellent communication skills, will be essential for success in this role. Proficiency in C#, Git, Unit Test Frameworks, and SQL Server/TSQL/Stored Procedures/Query Optimization is required. You should be able to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and have experience working on complex/challenging projects. Being flexible, self-motivated, and a team player who can self-organize and deliver on commitments is crucial. Additionally, experience in Azure, WebApp technologies (HTML, JS, Angular, React, CSS, etc.), and working in agile environments is considered ideal for this role.,
