Position Overview:

We are seeking a Senior .NET Developer for our Jodhpur office who can lead projects, mentor junior developers, and deliver enterprise-grade applications. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in .NET technologies and the ability to integrate AI coding assistants to enhance productivity and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of robust applications using .NET Framework / .NET Core.
• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements.
• Write, review, and optimize clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
• Utilize AI-assisted coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, ChatGPT) for faster prototyping, debugging, and code enhancement.
• Develop and integrate RESTful APIs, third-party services, and database structures.
• Conduct code reviews, performance tuning, and mentor junior developers.
• Ensure adherence to security standards and best coding practices.
• Stay updated with emerging AI technologies, .NET advancements, and cloud-based development trends.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 4–7 years of experience in .NET development.
• Expertise in C#, ASP.NET MVC, .NET Core, Entity Framework, LINQ, and Web API.
• Strong knowledge of SQL Server, database optimization, and stored procedures.
• Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, and related front-end technologies.
• Familiarity with AI-powered development tools for coding, testing, and debugging.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and version control systems like Git.
• Ability to lead teams and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and decision-making skills.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with Azure, AWS, or other cloud platforms.
• Knowledge of Microservices architecture and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
• Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and automated testing tools.
