Role Overview: As a Business Transformation Manager in BFSIH F&A at WNS (Holdings) Limited, you will play a key role in driving strategic transformation for client accounts by leveraging AI, Hyperautomation, and analytics. Your responsibilities will include driving the transformation roadmap, managing customer communication, contributing to client meetings, supporting RFPs, conducting goal setting with the team, and promoting best practice sharing across the team. You will be responsible for running improvement initiatives, identifying opportunities, making plans, implementing changes, and ensuring effective handover to Operations. Additionally, you will transfer knowledge and skills learned during expert training sessions to other employees.
