Job Description

The ideal candidate will blend strong project management discipline with a deep understanding of digital technologies, client needs, and agile practices. This role will drive deliveries to the North American region in the India digital team, ensuring timely delivery. The role will lead the planning, execution and monitoring of digital projects.

 

Key Accountabilities:

  • Ensuring technical solutions align with requirement, business needs.
  • Successful delivery of objectives and project milestones to development teams.
  • High client satisfaction through effective stakeholder management, proactive communication across all project phases and quality outcome
  • Risk management - Prompt identification, assessment and mitigation of project risks and roadblocks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, schedules, incorporating risk management, resource allocation and milestone tracking.
  • Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business objectives.
  • Provide technical guidance and solutions, Coordinate with cross-functional teams, developers, stakeholders and regional (North American) digital team and business teams.
  • Oversee day to day digital service delivery activities ensuring timely and quality delivery .
  • Proactively identify and resolve project issues and risks, applying expert problem-solving skills.
  • Manage digital service inquires & queues in the ServiceNow platform.
  • Regularly report on project health, milestones, and status to stakeholders.
  • Stay up-to-date with digital trends, tools, and technologies relevant to the service line.

Education:

Bachelors in information technology, Computer Science, or related field. Masters is a plus. Project management certifications like PMP or PRINCE2, agile certifications such as SAFe is mandatory.

 

Experience:

Overall 10 -12 years in IT/digital - development, testing, support with a minimum of 5 years in IT project management.
Demonstrated experience in navigating complex technical environments and delivering solutions working with global teams

 

Knowledge/Skills:

Deep understanding of IT/Digital support, project management and best practices.
Team management skills, capable of motivating and guiding diverse teams.
Advanced problem-solving capabilities with a customer centric mindset is preferred.

 

Mandatory

  • Provide hands on support, working with North American clients, in U.S. business hours as required to resolve project and open ticket issues.
  • Take charge attitude, with strong communications skills.
  • Experience with Agile/Scrum, project management tools, and the ServiceNow platform.
