Senior Digital Product Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Lead product discovery with internal customers to identify high-impact problems and shape data-driven solutions.
• Define product strategy and roadmap aligned with Amgen's enterprise data and AI priorities.
• Own and execute go-to-market strategies to ensure successful product adoption and business impact.
• Leverage AI tools and rapid prototyping techniques to validate and refine product concepts.
• Translate business insights into clear, actionable product specifications for engineering teams.
• Track product outcomes using measurable KPIs, focusing on delivered value over output.
• Collaborate with business and technology stakeholders to position data and AI capabilities effectively.
• Mentor and support Product Analysts while contributing to the growth of Amgen's internal product management practice.
• Ensure solution alignment and timely delivery by working closely with cross-functional engineering and delivery teams.
• Support strategic alignment of product direction with broader enterprise data strategy.
• Contribute to building a high-performing internal product team and establish best practices in product lifecycle management.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate degree in a relevant field.
• 12 to 17 years of experience in Information or Technology Systems.

Must-Have Skills:

• End-to-end product lifecycle management, AI-driven product innovation, go-to-market strategy, business & technical stakeholder collaboration, data/AI platform familiarity, agile delivery experience, project management, autonomous execution, cross-functional alignment.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Product management experience in data, AI, or related technology platforms.
• Proven ability to define and align product strategy with organizational goals.
• Experience with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or SAFe.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
• Familiarity with cloud platforms, data ecosystems, and BI tools.
• Experience leading matrixed teams and collaborating across data & AI domains.
• Background in biotech/pharma is a plus.
