Job Description

We are looking for a creative and data-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to plan, execute, and optimize our online marketing campaigns. The role will focus on building brand awareness, driving customer engagement, and increasing online sales for our garment/fashion products through multiple digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across SEO, SEM, social media, email, and display advertising.
  • Manage and grow the company’s social media presence (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.).
  • Run and optimize paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, and other platforms.
  • Work on e-commerce marketing strategies for platforms like Myntra, Amazon, Flipkart, Ajio, and the company’s website.
  • Conduct keyword research and optimize content for SEO & website traffic growth.
  • Track, analyze, and report campaign performance using tools like Google Analytics.
  • Assist in creating engaging content, creatives, and ad copies.
  • Coordinate with designers, agencies, and vendors for campaign execution.
  • Monitor market trends and competitors in the garment/fashion industry.
  • Ensure all digital initiatives align with brand identity and sales targets.

Key Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong knowledge of SEO, SEM, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Social Media Marketing.
  • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, and social media management tools.
  • Understanding of e-commerce marketing (product listings, promotions, reviews).
  • Basic knowledge of content marketing & email marketing tools (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Good analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Strong communication and creative thinking skills.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in digital marketing (preferably in fashion/garment/e-commerce).
  • Proven track record of running successful digital campaigns.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
