Job Description

Your tasks will include: Engage with the business units to understand their commercial strategy and identify their business priorities and needs. Manage and drive the innovation programs following the Novo Nordisk Fast Track Innovation framework: Create and launch calls for applications, scout and evaluate relevant digital health ecosystem partners, organize the selection of solutions, and manage program logistics. Coordinate, follow up and monitor internal business units and external partners to ensure successful collaboration. Support with communication and content curation for internal/external stakeholders by periodically updating the trends and insights from the ecosystem. Build and participate in digital health ecosystem engagement and network of the global Digital Innovation Hubs (accelerators, incubators, academia, VCs, communities). Attend and represent the regional DIH APAC in relevant local events and conferences. Organize meetups and events to attract startups and ecosystem players. Become a trusted advisor for internal stakeholders on digital innovation and commercial partnerships that have potential to unlock new business models as well as positive impact on the business topline. Qualifications Minimum bachelors degree in IT and/or Business, Innovation, or Strategy. At least 7 years of experience working in designing and launching strategic partnerships, venture capital, management consulting, and/or partnership management in a corporate. Experience and passion for connecting the dots from a digital perspective and/or knowledge of working with or in the digital health ecosystem will be a plus. Able to tailor messages to relevant stakeholders from various levels of authority and experience internally selling concepts and initiatives that challenge the status quo. Strong analytical, technical, and business acumen is needed to navigate the landscape of startups and translate uncertainties into tangible opportunities for Novo Nordisk. With an innovation track record working on, or driving, disruptive projects from idea to launch and has the eagerness to be a part of building something new and challenge traditional methodologies.
