Job Description

As an Associate Director - Brand Management, you will be responsible for overseeing the strategic development and management of brand initiatives to enhance brand awareness and drive business growth. Roles and Responsibilities: Lead the brand management team in developing and executing brand strategy. Identify market trends and consumer insights to optimize brand positioning. Manage brand budgets and ensure effective allocation of resources. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop brand campaigns. Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics to measure effectiveness. Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels. Drive brand innovation and differentiation to stay ahead of competitors. Qualifications: Master degree ( MBA or equivalent) 10-15 years of experience in brand management or related roles. Strong leadership and strategic planning skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. In-depth knowledge of branding principles and marketing trends.
