Senior Digital Analyst - Campaign

As a Senior Analyst in Data & Analytics at Indegene, you will have the opportunity to work on a breadth of analytics projects leveraging popular analytics tools/platforms and AI/ML/NLP techniques. Your responsibilities will include: - Delivering various types of analytics consulting projects, from ad-hoc analytics/data mining to advanced analytics projects - Handling multiple projects simultaneously with appropriate prioritization and workload distribution within the team - Leading client communication, providing updates and insights/recommendations through appropriate channels - Providing technical and business leadership/mentorship to junior team members and grooming them for additional responsibilities - Developing expertise in pharma and healthcare datasets and championing analytics technologies within the team - Collaborating with team members to innovate through automation, new ideas, capabilities, and tools - Communicating insights and information effectively to a broad group of stakeholders through excellent oral and written communication Desired Profile / Skills: - 3 years of overall experience with exposure to delivering analytics projects - Experience in pharma commercial analytics is a must, other industry experience is a plus - Strong presentation and client communication skills - Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills - Ability to work through complexity and ambiguity - Experience in handling small and large datasets through Excel/VBA, MS Access/SQL Server, Python - Experience in data visualization platforms like Tableau, Power BI, Qlik View - Knowledge of basic statistics and ability to run predictive/machine learning models in R/Python - Experience in solving advanced analytics problems like customer segmentation, ROI/impact analytics, multichannel marketing modeling is a plus In this role, you will have a significant impact on the analytics projects you deliver and will be a valuable asset in driving healthcare organizations to be future-ready.
