Responsibilities: As a Senior Analyst - Data & Analytics, you will be responsible for: - Handling a variety of analytics projects utilizing popular analytics tools/platforms and leveraging AI/ML/NLP techniques to deliver comprehensive solutions - Leading end-to-end project delivery from requirements gathering to planning, execution, and recommendations under the guidance of senior managers - Addressing analytics challenges such as brand performance, campaign measurement, customer segmentation, predictive analytics, and more - Managing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring progress with proper prioritization and workload distribution within the team - Leading client communication, providing updates, insights, and recommendations through various channels - Mentoring junior team members, providing technical and business guidance, and preparing them for additional responsibilities - Developing and implementing advanced analytics approaches based on client requirements and data availability - Championing analytics technologies, collaborating with the team to innovate, and effectively communicating insights to stakeholders Desired Profile / Skills: - Minimum 3 years of experience in analytics projects with exposure to pharma commercial analytics - Experience in leading and guiding teams, strong presentation and client communication skills - Proficiency in analytical problem-solving, ability to work through complexity, and experience handling datasets using various tools - Knowledge of data visualization platforms and running predictive/machine learning models - Experience in advanced analytics problem-solving such as customer segmentation and multichannel marketing modeling is a plus Location: Bangalore, KA, IN Join us at Indegene for a rewarding career experience where you can contribute to the future of healthcare through data-driven insights and innovative solutions.,
