About the Role:

Senior Dietitian

Specifically, this role will involve:

Conducting in-depth consultations to understand client needs, health conditions, and goals
Providing customized diet and wellness plans based on client requirements
Following up regularly to monitor client progress and ensure adherence to plans
Actively engaging in lead calls and consultations to convert them into paying customers and clients
Educating leads about Fitelo's services and showcasing how the plans add value
Working closely with the Sales and Operations teams for seamless onboarding
Maintaining accurate records and tracking client performance on CRM tools
Addressing objections and guiding clients through the decision-making process
Upselling additional services or renewing client plans, when needed
Participating in team training and knowledge-sharing sessions

An Ideal Candidate will have:

Excellent communication and persuasive skills with a customer-first mindset
Ability to build trust and rapport with clients quickly
2-5 years of experience as a Dietician, preferably in a sales-involved role
Strong knowledge of diet planning and medical nutrition therapy
Experience in both clinical consultations and sales/upselling environments
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
Passion for health, fitness, and transforming lives

Qualifications:

B.Sc/M.Sc in Food & Nutrition/Dietetics or related field
