Senior Dietitian

As a Dietitian/Nutritionist, you play a crucial role in promoting holistic health and wellness through personalized nutrition plans and dietary guidance. You collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support guests in achieving their wellness goals through natural, plant-based diets, and lifestyle modifications. **Key Responsibilities:** - Should have knowledge of Therapeutic effects of common herbs used in kitchen, spices, vitamins, and minerals. - Must be well versed with clinical nutrition and should evaluate the nutrition of the foods being served to the guests. - Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to create menus and meal plans that align with guests" nutritional goals and dietary requirements. - Supervise the implementation of product preparation at each stage, including implementing procedures, monitoring & controlling the correct method at each stage. - Organize, develop, analyze, test, and prepare special meals such as low-fat, low-cholesterol, low carbohydrate, and chemical-free meals and special menus in specific conditions as per Doctors" guidance. - Plan, conduct, and evaluate dietary, nutritional, and epidemiological research. - Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation & quality standards. - Inspect meals served for conformance to prescribed diets & standards of palatability and appearance. - Provide ongoing nutrition counseling and diet awareness sessions for guests. - Ensure the correct delivery of menu items to each guest as per the doctor's prescription. - Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition, integrative medicine, and naturopathy to enhance the quality of care provided to guests. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution. - Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a luxury spa environment. - Knowledge of naturopathic principles and holistic health approaches preferred. - Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.
