Senior Dietitian

Position : Dietitian/Nutritionist

Education : Bachelor's Degree/Masters’ Program in Nutrition and food science.

Experience : 4-6 years of relevant experience in the field of Nutrition

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Dietitian plays a crucial role in promoting holistic health and wellness through personalized nutrition plans and dietary guidance. They collaborate with other healthcare professionals to support guests in achieving their wellness goals through natural, plant-based diets, and lifestyle modifications.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

* Should have knowledge of Therapeutic effects of common herbs used in kitchen, spices, vitamins and minerals.

* Must be well versed with the clinical nutrition and should be evaluate the nutrition of the foods being served to the guests.

* Collaborate with chefs and culinary staff to create menus and meal plans that align with guests' nutritional goals and dietary requirements.

* Supervising implementation of product preparation at each stage (from product development till the final launch). This includes implementing procedures, monitoring & controlling correct method at each stage.

* Organize, develop, analyze, test, and prepare special meals such as low-fat, low-cholesterol, low carbohydrate and chemical-free meals and special menus in specific conditions as per Doctor’s guidance.

* Plan, conduct, and evaluate dietary, nutritional, and epidemiological research.

* Monitor food service operations to ensure conformance to nutritional, safety, sanitation & quality standards.

* Inspect meals served for conformance to prescribed diets & standards of palatability and appearance.

* Be capable of providing ongoing nutrition counseling and diet awareness session for guests.

* Ensuring the correct delivery of menu items to each guest as per the doctor’s prescription.

* Stay informed about the latest research and developments in the field of nutrition, integrative medicine, and naturopathy to enhance the quality of care provided to guests.

DESIRED PROFILE:

* Bachelor's or master's degree in nutrition, dietetics, or a related field from an accredited institution.

* Minimum 2 - 3 years of experience in a luxury spa environment.

* Knowledge of naturopathic principles and holistic health approaches preferred.

* Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with guests from diverse backgrounds.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
