Key Responsibilities

• Infrastructure & Cloud Management

  : Build, optimize, and maintain

  Azure cloud and AKS clusters

  for enterprise workloads.

• Neo4j / Graph DB Expertise

  : Administer and optimize

  Neo4j databases

  , Cypher queries, schema design, performance tuning, backup & recovery.

• Database Management

  : Support relational & NoSQL DBs (Postgres, Cosmos, Cassandra), ensuring

  HA, DR, monitoring, and data integrity

  .

• CI/CD Pipeline Automation

  : Design, implement, and maintain pipelines using

  Jenkins

  and

  GitHub Actions

  for continuous integration and deployment.

• DevSecOps & Security

  : Enforce best practices around

  IAM, RBAC, secrets management, encryption, vulnerability management, compliance audits

  .

• Infrastructure as Code (IaC)

  : Implement automation with

  Terraform, ARM templates, Bicep

  for consistent infra deployments.

• Observability & Monitoring

  : Deploy monitoring solutions (

  Prometheus, Grafana, ELK, Azure Monitor

  ) to ensure performance, reliability, and SLA adherence.

• Release & Incident Management

  : Manage deployment rollouts, root cause analysis, incident resolution, and change management.

• Collaboration & Mentorship

  : Work with cross-functional teams, coach junior engineers, and ensure DevOps best practices are applied.

• Innovation

  : Continuously explore and recommend new tools in

  cloud, Kubernetes, graph databases, and security automation

  .

Required Skills & Expertise

• 9 years of experience

  in

  DevOps, Cloud, Infra & Database engineering

  .
• Strong knowledge of

  Azure Cloud & AKS (Kubernetes)

  at scale.
• Hands-on expertise with

  Neo4j graph DB

  and

  Cypher query optimization

  .
• Advanced

  CI/CD pipeline design

  using Jenkins & GitHub Actions.
• Proven track record in

  database management

  (SQL, NoSQL, Neo4j).
• Proficiency in

  Terraform, ARM, Bicep

  for infra automation.
• Experience with

  Linux, Docker, microservices, and networking fundamentals

  .
• Familiar with

  scripting (Python, Bash, PowerShell)

  for automation.
• Strong background in

  DevSecOps

  practices and compliance.

Preferred Qualifications

• Azure Certifications (

  AZ-400, AKS Specialist, Solutions Architect Associate/Expert

  ).
• Exposure to multi-cloud (Azure + AWS/GCP).
• Experience in

  large-scale production AKS deployments

  .
• Contributions to

  Neo4j/DevOps communities

  (open source, blogs, talks).
