About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled DevOps Sr Manager having 12+ years of experience with strong experience in Microsoft Azure Services and a deep understanding of Salesforce Commerce and Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining CI/CD pipelines as code, integrating test frameworks, and ensuring code quality and DevSecOps across the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, defined and managed as code.Integrate unit testing, code coverage, and SonarQube analysis into the pipeline.Implement security and vulnerability scanning using tools like Snyk and other testing frameworks like Cypress.Collaborate with developers and Salesforce teams to manage automated deployments to Salesforce Commerce Cloud, Salesforce Service Cloud and other Salesforce cloud environments.Support and manage Azure resources, including Azure Functions, Storage Accounts, Container Apps, Service Bus, API Gateway, Logic Apps, K8, K6Implement and support branching strategies such as trunk-based development.Troubleshoot and improve performance, reliability, and scalability of the DevOps infrastructure.Use and maintain scripting tools such as PowerShell and Bash for automation and deployment tasks.Understand and collaborate with teams working on NodeJS and .NET applications to enable smooth delivery pipelines.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Pipelines.Proven experience with Salesforce Commerce and Service Cloud DevOps workflows.Deep understanding of Azure services, especially:Functions, Storage, Containers, Service Bus, Logic Apps, and API Gateways.Experience integrating tools like SonarQube and Snyk into pipelines.Proficiency with PowerShell and Bash scripting.Familiarity with Java and .NET codebases and build workflows.Solid grasp of modern Git workflows, especially trunk-based development.Strong experience with writing, maintaining, and debugging pipeline-as-code (YAML-based)Experience with monitoring and observability tools on Azure.Provide Technical Guidance and Support to the junior people in the team

Nice to Have:

Experience with FinOps and Cost management with pulling data from various resources to compare platform costsSalesforce CLI or other tools for automating Salesforce deployments.Experience with implementing devsecops within the Retail Tech systemsExperience with implementing devsecops within the Data Engineering and Data Sciences technologies for model deployments, enabling automated testing of ML Models via devops pipelines, monitoring performance and optimizing infra cost
