Roles and Responsibility

• The DevOps Lead will design, implement, and manage STPs cloud infrastructure and CI/CD processes to support the continuous delivery of secure, scalable, and resilient software solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep experience in Azure, Azure DevOps, and modern automation practices, and will work closely with development, QA, and IT teams to standardize and optimize deployment, monitoring, and governance across all environments.
• Design, implement, and maintain

  CI/CD pipelines

  using Azure DevOps to support multi-environment deployments (Dev, QA, Pilot, Prod).
• Manage and automate infrastructure provisioning using

  ARM/Bicep

  or

  Terraform

  , ensuring consistency, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Collaborate with developers and QA teams to streamline build, test, and release workflows.
• Configure and manage

  Azure resources

  such as App Services, SQL Databases, APIM, Storage Accounts, Key Vault, and Application Insights.
• Implement and maintain

  role-based access control (RBAC)

  , service principals, and managed identities in accordance with security policies.
• Monitor and troubleshoot environment health using Azure Monitor, Log Analytics, and Application Insights, driving proactive incident response.
• Develop automation scripts in

  PowerShell, Bash, or Python

  to support deployments, configuration management, and operational tasks.
• Establish and maintain DevOps best practices, governance standards, and documentation to ensure reliability and transparency across teams.
• Mentor and guide team members on DevOps tools, processes, and automation strategies, fostering a culture of collaboration and ownership.

Required Skill Sets

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in a DevOps role.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in React development. - REMOVE
• Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps, App Services, Azure SQL, APIM, ADF and related Azure Services.
• Proficiency in YAML pipeline authoring, variable groups, approvals, and artifact management
• Working knowledge of Azure networking, RBAC, and identity management
• Familiarity with containerization and Kubernetes (AKS) is a plus
• Excellent problem-solving, troubleshooting, and incident response skills
• Strong collaboration and communication skills across technical and non-technical teams
• Passion for automation, process improvement, and maintaining a culture of reliability and transparency
• Proven ability to build and implement DevOps foundations from the ground up, establishing best practices and mentoring teams to ensure scalable, efficient delivery across platforms.
