We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Sr. Automation Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in various testing methodologies, test planning, automation tools, and performance testing. This role will involve designing, implementing, and maintaining automated test scripts and conducting performance tests to ensure our applications' robustness and scalability. 

Roles & Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts and frameworks for functional, regression, and performance testing. 
• Integrate automated tests into the CI/CD pipeline for continuous testing. 
• Perform load testing to evaluate the performance and scalability of applications. 
• Identify, analyze, and document software defects and inconsistencies. 
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage. 
• Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts. 
• Monitor test results and provide detailed reports on the findings. 
• Continuously improving the automation process and tools. 
• Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on testability and quality. 
• Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies related to automation and load testing. 

Required Skill Sets

• 3-6 years of proven experience as an Automation Engineer
• Deep knowledge of automation frameworks (e.g., Selenium cucumber BDD, Appium). 
• Proficient in programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#. 
• Proficient knowledge of security testing principles and tools. 
• Experience with scripting languages such as JavaScript, or similar. 
• Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure). 
• Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing methodologies. 
• Proficient knowledge of security testing principles and tools. 
• Experience with scripting languages such as Python, JavaScript, or similar. 
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and tools (e.g., Jenkins, Git, Docker). 
• Knowledge of SQL and database querying is a plus. 
• Experience in JIRA and Jira Dashboards. 
• Knowledge of performance monitoring and tuning. 
• Experience with Agile development methodologies.

Additional Skill Set

• Business domain knowledge in asset management with an overview of portfolio management and accounting will be an advantage.
• AI knowledge is a plus
