Roles and Responsibility

• The UI Developer will design, develop, and manage the development of STP’s front end software solutions. Utilizing React and Angular 11, the ideal candidate will collaborate with a team of developers in an agile development environment to help accelerate and develop STP’s most critical strategic roadmap projects.
• Design, develop, and maintain high-quality, scalable, and performant web applications using

  React.js

  ,

  TypeScript

  , and

  Angular

• Utilize

  Tailwind CSS

  for efficient and consistent user interface development
• Integrate and manage

  RESTful APIs

  leveraging tools such as

  React Query

  for state management and data synchronization
• Experience working with

  Angular components and lifecycle management

  within the context of maintaining and modernizing

  legacy applications

  .
• Actively participate in Agile ceremonies, contributing to sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives with a focus on continuous improvement
• Provide

  technical guidance, mentorship, and code review

  support to junior developers and peers

Required Skill Sets

• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in React development.
• Strong working knowledge of React, Tailwind CSS, TypeScript and related technologies or web frameworks.
• Proficient understanding and experience using Node.js
• Proficient understanding of GIT Version Control
• Strong ability to analyze problems, think critically, and develop effective solutions.
• Able to develop junior developers on a team, provide code review feedback, guidance, and mentoring.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability and willingness to work with a team as well as be an individual contributor.
• Experience working with clients/users preferred.

• Capital market knowledge will be an advantage.

Qualifications
