Senior DevOps Engineer

You will be working as a Senior DevOps Developer at NEC Corporation India Private Limited in Noida, UP. Your main responsibility will be to collaborate with NEC Corporation of India Ltd. as part of the DevOps team. In this role, you will need to understand customer requirements and project KPIs, implement various development and testing tools, manage stakeholders and external interfaces, set up necessary tools and infrastructure, and define development, test, release, update, and support processes for DevOps operations. Moreover, you will be expected to monitor and improve processes throughout their lifecycle, encourage automation wherever possible, deploy cybersecurity measures, select appropriate CI/CD tools, mentor team members, and ensure continuous improvement of customer experience and KPIs. You will also be responsible for providing periodic progress reports to management and customers. To qualify for this role, you should have a BE/MCA qualification with 4-6 years of experience in the IT industry. Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential, along with the ability to work collaboratively with different teams, solve problems efficiently, and make quick decisions. Your role will require strong DevOps experience, excellent interpersonal skills, and attention to detail and accuracy. As a Senior DevOps Developer, you will need to possess technical project management skills to plan, organize, and control resources effectively. This includes developing work plans, schedules, estimates, and status reports, conducting risk analysis, providing technical guidance to the team, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and reviewing project deliverables. Additionally, you may be responsible for managing vendor tasks and deliverables on certain projects. In this position, you will lead a team of experienced professionals, demonstrate independence in assignments, and influence policies and procedures within your job area.
