Job description Job Title: Subject Matter Expert (SME) - eMaint Support Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our support team for eMaint. The SME will provide specialized support, resolve complex issues, and ensure the optimal performance of eMaint CMMS for our users. Key Responsibilities: Provide Expert Support: Address and resolve complex technical issues related to eMaint CMMS. Knowledge Sharing: Create and maintain detailed documentation, FAQs, and training materials for users. Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of eMaint. Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system performance. Training and Development: Conduct training sessions and workshops to upskill team members and users on eMaint functionalities. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of the latest developments and updates in eMaint to provide accurate and current information. Qualifications: Experience: Extensive experience with eMaint or similar CMMS software. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of eMaint modules, configurations, and integrations. Problem-Solving: Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey technical information. Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with various teams and stakeholders. Preferred Skills: Certifications: Relevant certifications in eMaint or maintenance management systems.
