Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities:

Provide
Level 2 technical support
for desktops, laptops, operating systems, applications, printers, and peripherals.
Handle
escalated tickets from L1 support
, perform root cause analysis, and ensure permanent resolution within defined SLAs.
Install, configure, upgrade, and troubleshoot
Windows OS
, enterprise applications, and productivity tools including
Microsoft Office / Office 365
.
Diagnose and resolve
advanced hardware issues
related to desktops, laptops, RAM, HDD/SSD, motherboards, and accessories.
Troubleshoot
network-related issues
such as LAN, Wi-Fi, VPN, DNS, DHCP, IP addressing, and printer mapping.
Support
Active Directory
tasks including user account management, group policies, password resets, and access provisioning.
Manage and troubleshoot
endpoint security tools
, antivirus, patch management, and system compliance.
Provide
VIP / Executive support
with high priority and minimal downtime.
Coordinate with
vendors and OEMs
for hardware replacement, warranty claims, and advanced troubleshooting.
Maintain accurate
documentation
, asset inventory, SOPs, and knowledge base articles.
Participate in
IT projects
, system upgrades, migrations, and rollout activities.
Ensure compliance with IT security policies and organizational standards.
Provide support in
shift-based environments
if required
