Job Summary: We are looking for a Senior Desktop Engineer with expertise in managing and supporting enterprise-level desktop environments. Key Responsibilities: Provide advanced technical support and guidance to desktop support team. Evaluate and implement new technologies to enhance desktop management. Create and maintain technical documentation. Handle escalated support requests and major incidents. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in IT or related. 5+ years in desktop support with leadership experience. Strong troubleshooting and Windows system administration skills. Knowledge of scripting (PowerShell) and virtualization (VMware, Citrix).
