Are you a seasoned design professional with a passion for bringing interior spaces to life? Meticular Interiors is looking for a Senior Designer with a minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience to join our innovative and growing team.

As a Senior Designer, you will lead interior projects from concept to execution, working closely with clients, vendors, and project teams. This role demands creativity, technical expertise, and strong client-facing skills.

🔧 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead interior design projects across residential and commercial spaces from initial concept through to completion.

• Prepare high-quality 2D drawings and 3D renderings to visualize design intent using tools such as AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3DS Max, V-Ray

• Consult directly with clients to understand their vision, budget, and functional needs, and translate these into compelling design concepts.

• Curate material selections and finishes, demonstrating strong knowledge of various material types, textures, and applications.

• Handle client onboarding and maintain consistent communication throughout the project lifecycle.

• Co-ordinate with architects, site engineers, and contractors to ensure flawless project execution.

• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, provide guidance, and ensure alignment with design standards.

• Be the first touch point for walk-in clients, explain design ideas clearly, and convert them into onboarded leads.

📌 Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or related discipline.

• Minimum 5 years of experience in interior design with a robust portfolio.

• Expertise in both 2D drawings and 3D visualizations.

• In-depth understanding of materials, finishes, and construction techniques.

• Proven experience in client communication, presentation, and project coordination.

• Excellent eye for detail, strong design aesthetics, and time management skills.

• Ability to thrive in a collaborative, fast-paced work environment.

💼 Preferred Skills:

• Experience managing high-end residential and commercial projects.

• Strong knowledge of industry trends and sustainable design practices.

• Proficiency in design tools including AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3DS Max, and V-Ray.

• Leadership experience in mentoring junior designers is desirable.
