Senior Designer - Leather Bags & Accessories

We seek a Senior Designer to lead design projects, mentor junior designers, and ensure all creative work reflects brand standards and business goals. Strong design skills, teamwork, and industry awareness are required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Execution:

   Leading the design process from concept to completion for various projects, including website graphics, social media content, and marketing materials. 

• Team Leadership:

   Mentoring junior designers, providing feedback on their work, and fostering a collaborative environment. 

• Project Management:

   Overseeing multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget. 

• Collaboration:

   Working closely with marketing, product, and development teams to understand project requirements and ensure designs align with business goals. 

• Brand Consistency:

   Ensuring all designs adhere to brand guidelines and maintain a cohesive visual identity. 

• Design Expertise:

   Possessing a strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout design.

• Staying Updated:

   Keeping abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and the latest design software. 

• Communication:

   Effectively communicating design ideas and concepts to various stakeholders, including clients and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience:

   Proven experience in graphic design, UI/UX design, or a related field

• Portfolio:

   A strong portfolio showcasing a wide range of design projects.

• Software Proficiency:

   Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools. 

• Leadership and Mentorship:

   Demonstrated

  Extensive

  ability to lead and mentor junior designers. 

• Communication and Collaboration:

   Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment. 

• Problem-Solving and Analytical Skills:

   Ability to identify and solve design problems, and to analyze design performance
