Job Purpose: To lead the design team in creating innovative, functional, & aesthetically pleasing kitchen solutions. To oversee the entire design process, from concept to execution, ensuring client satisfaction while optimizing space and functionality & manage design projects, coordinating with clients, suppliers, & contractors, & ensuring that all designs meet quality, budget, & timeline requirements.

Responsibilities:

 Lead the design team in developing creative, functional, and innovative modular kitchen

designs that meet client needs and trends.

 Oversee the end-to-end design process, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and

alignment with client expectations.

 Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, requirements, and budgets,

translating them into design solutions.

 Manage and mentor the design team, providing guidance and feedback to ensure highquality design outputs.

Ensure all designs meet company standards for aesthetics, functionality, and safety, while

also complying with industry regulations.

 Work closely with material suppliers, appliance vendors, and contractors to source products and ensure seamless execution of designs.

Stay updated on industry trends, new materials, and design innovations to continuously

improve and refresh the company’s offerings.

Education: Any Graduations / Post Graduations

Relevant Experience: Modular Kitchen Design Projects, Team Leadership, Client Consultation and Presentations

CTC per annum: 4,50,000 to 7,50,000 Total Experience: 3 Years to 7 Years

Will travel? Yes Ocassionaly Monthly Net Salary: INR 37,500/- to INR 62,500/-

Work time 10 am to 7 pm PF – Yes / No

 Lead design presentations, explaining design rationale, materials, and processes, while

handling client feedback and making necessary adjustments.

 Address any design or installation issues that arise during the project, finding quick and

effective solutions to ensure the smooth execution of the design plan.

Ensure that design projects align with client budgets, making cost-effective choices in

materials and appliances without compromising on quality or aesthetics.
