The Senior Designer will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and implementing innovative design solutions. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing detailed designs and technical drawings, coordinating with clients or project managers to understand design requirements, and ensuring that all designs meet project specifications and quality standards. The role also involves mentoring junior designers and collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver efficient and sustainable solutions. Qualifications Expertise in Design Software and Tools including AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and other relevant software Strong skills in Conceptual Design, Technical Drawings, and Project Visualization Problem-Solving and Creativity with the ability to provide innovative design solutions Excellent Communication and Collaboration skills to work effectively with teams and clients Time Management and Organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Design, or a related field Proven experience in a Senior Design role, preferably in the engineering or manufacturing industry Knowledge of industry standards and regulations is an advantage
