Senior Designer

Job brief

We need an experienced designer (or a very hands-on art director) to work in a tight, very collaborative team. Your skill set as an individual performer are important. Apart from this, what we’re looking for is designers who can contribute to briefs as well as follow them. Good presentation and communication to colleagues and clients is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the team and project lead to work on multiple design ideas needed for the project's visual design and experience. 
• Conduct formal or informal research relevant to the project at hand.
• Effectively communicate design ideas within the team.
• Execute all design stages from conceptualizing, visual design, final artworks to art direct internal and external shoots.

To qualify

• 2-3 years of work experience in a design studio
• A graphic design/visual communication degree/diploma from a recognized design college (for exceptional portfolios, we accept related degrees or diplomas). 

Essential skills

• Proficiency in relevant industry standard applications 
• Communicate and understand ideas, preferably in English
• The ability to identify and attack problems
• Up to date with the trends, techniques, and technologies
• Typographic literacy and proficiency
• Drawing well enough to effectively share concepts
• Experience in preparing technically correct artworks for any medium
• estimating and managing time
• work collaboratively with other creative disciplines
• understanding production processes 
• Great attention to detail
