Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Senior Designer located in Mumbai, with some work-from-home acceptable. The Senior Designer will be responsible for designing high-performance hot runner manifolds and nozzles, working closely with the engineering team to develop custom solutions for complex mould layouts, and ensuring adherence to international quality standards. They will also be involved in optimizing designs for faster cycle times, ease of maintenance, and energy-efficient performance.

Qualifications

• Proficient in CAD software and design tools
• Experience in designing hot runner systems or injection moulding components
• Strong understanding of shopfloor challenges and manufacturing processes
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of relevant experience in a similar role
