Senior Designer

Role & responsibilities

• To research market and competitor trends to develop innovative, customer-focused, and commercially viable product concepts.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate market insights into seasonal collections aligned with timelines and brand goals.
• Source and develop fabrics, trims, and embellishments that meet design, cost, and functional requirements.
• Experiment with new materials and techniques to ensure product feasibility, performance, and innovation.
• Create detailed design sketches and Tech Packs, ensuring design intent is accurately communicated and executed.
• To use digital design tools (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) to create visual presentations and enhance design visualization.
• Conduct fit reviews and work with technical teams to ensure garments meet desired fit, function, and aesthetic standards.
• Maintain accurate design documentation, including research, Tech Packs, and T&A, to support smooth sampling and production.
• Review prototypes with teams to ensure first-time-right, cost-effective, and brand-aligned product outcomes.
