Senior Designer

Role Overview: As a highly creative Designer / Senior Designer at Indra Holdings, you will be responsible for building compelling brand narratives across visual formats with graphics at the core. You will work in a fast-paced startup environment and be an expert in graphic design to create consistent, high-quality visual assets that bring the brand vision to life. Your role will involve combining creative thinking, executional excellence, and experimenting with AI design workflows to enhance speed and impact. Key Responsibilities: - Own and evolve the visual identity of SWAH and other portfolio brands, ensuring consistency across digital, packaging, retail, and campaigns. - Conceptualize and create high-quality graphic assets for digital campaigns, social media, website, packaging, and offline touchpoints. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate brand strategy into effective visual outputs. - Stay ahead of design and AI trends, introducing new tools and workflows to scale creative production. - Maintain brand guidelines and ensure design quality across all external-facing assets. Qualifications Required: - 3-6 years of professional design experience, preferably in FMCG, lifestyle, premium D2C, or agency environments. - Expertise in graphic design using Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, or equivalent tools. - Proficiency in AI-powered design tools (MidJourney, DALLE, etc.) to accelerate workflows without compromising creativity. - Strong attention to detail, a refined aesthetic sense, and the ability to translate brand strategy into design. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced startup environment, managing multiple priorities with agility.
