What are we looking for!

Creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with proven B2B design experience, ideally gained while working with technology or SaaS companies, to help shape the visual identity of FloTorch (A Fission Labs Company) across digital and offline channels. Youll play a key role in designing assets that drive brand engagement, support sales and marketing, and reflect FloTorchs innovative spirit.

Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling creatives for social media, including static posts, carousels, GIFs, banners, and ad creatives, aligned with brand messaging and campaign objectives.
• Develop high-quality presentations and create infographics and data visualizations to communicate complex ideas in a clear and engaging manner.
• Produce brochures, marketing collateral, event branding, website graphics, and customer-facing visual assets that uphold FloTorch’s brand identity.
• Maintain consistency in visual language across all projects while bringing fresh, original ideas to every campaign.
• Stay current with design trends, emerging tools, and platform-specific best practices (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube, X, etc.).
• Liaise with printers, agencies, and vendors to ensure timely and high-quality production of digital and print deliverables.

• Strong aesthetic sensibility with deep expertise in layout, typography, and visual storytelling.
• Proficient in creating infographics and data visualizations that simplify complex content.
• Up-to-date knowledge of social media design trends and performance-driven creative formats.
• Ability to relate to and design for a technical and B2B audience, simplifying complex technical concepts into engaging visuals.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to interpret briefs and translate them into compelling visual outputs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.
• 5-10 years of hands-on experience in a graphic design role, ideally in a fast-paced corporate or agency environment.
• Prior B2B design experience is required.
• Experience working with technology or SaaS companies is strongly preferred.
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft PowerPoint.
• Demonstrated experience working with marketing, product, and engineering teams.
• A strong portfolio showcasing branding, corporate communications, and digital marketing design.

Preferred

• Working knowledge of motion graphics and video editing tools such as Adobe After Effects and Premiere Pro.
