Senior Designer Executive (Architecture)

Job Title: Senior Designer Executive (Architecture) Company : M.K Clean Room Project Pvt Ltd Department: Architecture / Design Reports To: Design Head Employment Type: Full-Time Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and creative Senior Designer Executive with a strong background in architecture and technical design. The ideal candidate holds an ITI in Design , an AutoCAD and Excel diploma , and a Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) degree, bringing both hands-on technical skills and design expertise to our projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead and contribute to architectural design development, producing accurate drawings and plans using AutoCAD. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure design intent is met. Utilize Excel for project tracking, scheduling, and documentation. Assist in creating conceptual and detailed design presentations. Guide junior designers and draftsmen in design and drafting best practices. Ensure compliance with applicable codes, standards, and quality requirements. Keep abreast of emerging design tools, trends, and construction technologies. Requirements: ITI in Design. Diploma in AutoCAD and Excel or equivalent certification. Bachelor of Engineering (B.E.) in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field. Minimum 2 years professional experience in architectural design or drafting. Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and Excel; knowledge of Revit, SketchUp, or other design software is a plus. Excellent attention to detail and design sensibility. Effective communication and teamwork skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Experience with residential, commercial, or institutional architectural projects. Basic knowledge of 2D visualization software. Understanding of structural and MEP coordination principles. Interest in sustainable design and new material technologies.
