A) Creative Direction & Visualisation

• Lead the creation of

  high-impact 3D renders

  of interior spaces showcasing Specta quartz surfaces in kitchens, bathrooms, living rooms, commercial spaces, and more.
• Innovate new use cases, edge profiles, applications (e.g., wall cladding, dado, bar counters, shower walls), and

  stylistic pairings

  with wood, metal, tile, etc.
• Provide design inputs for marketing collaterals, lookbooks, catalogues, and

  dealer tools

  that help drive sales across B2B and B2C.

B) Trend Research & Strategic Design Planning

• Conduct

  comprehensive market research

  on global and Indian design trends relevant to quartz—matte finishes, integrated lighting, sustainable luxury, colour palettes, etc.
• Translate insights into

  product application guides

  , surface pairing suggestions, and buyer personas.

C) Exhibition & Space Design

• Design

  exhibition booths

  and showroom spaces that hero Specta’s materials and brand ethos.
• Ensure all physical experiences are aligned with

  Specta’s premium, design-forward image

  .

D) Competitor & Industry Intelligence

• Regularly monitor

  competing quartz brands

  , new product launches and innovations.
• Create quarterly

  competitive landscape reviews

  and advise on how Specta can differentiate and lead.

E) Technical Understanding & Design Application

• Strong grasp of

  colour theory, texture creation, and spatial aesthetics

  specific to architectural and interior surface materials.
• Collaborate with product and R&D teams to ensure design inputs align with

  production capabilities and finish innovation

  .

F) Design Community Engagement

• Build and nurture relationships with

  architects, interior designers, and design influencers

  to create collaborative design showcases.
• Organise or participate in

  design talks, trade shows and panel discussions

  to represent Specta.
• Act as the

  design face of the brand

  in the larger architecture and interiors community.

G) Partnerships & Co-Creation

• Develop

  exclusive collections or signature applications

  in collaboration with designers and stylists.
• Identify potential design collaborators for regional campaigns or category-specific launches.

Desired Profile

• Degree/Diploma in Interior Design, Architecture, or related fields.

• Minimum 8-10 years of design experience

  in interiors, architectural surfaces, or luxury materials.
• Strong visualisation and presentation skills—experience working with

  rendering tools, CAD, SketchUp, or similar

  .
• Deep passion for design, trendspotting and materials innovation.
• Prior experience in

  surface materials, quartz, marble, laminates, or luxury home brands

  is a strong plus.
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
